No account needed

DOWN stores a report with a server timestamp. One session contributes at most one new report per service in 15 minutes. Checking an uncertain save sends no new report; retries retain the original key and session.

What does the result mean?

No reports does not mean a service works. Clicks do not automatically confirm an outage. Checks and official feeds without integration are labelled as not connected.

Directory and map

The directory contains editorially approved profiles. Approval of a name and domain is not a measurement or provider endorsement. The map shows declared city groups of at least 10 reports, without defining outage boundaries.
